Smart stacking for layers

Layers can now be pinned to the edge of another layer instead of a fixed position.

Move or resize the layer they are pinned to, and the pinned layer follows.

This makes badges, labels and stacked cards easy to keep aligned.

Try it in the editor on any template with more than one layer.
