When you sign up for Starter or Pro, you get full access to all plan features for 14 days without entering a credit card. At the end of the trial, you'll be prompted to add payment details to continue. If you don't, you'll automatically move to the Free tier—no charges, no surprises.

Each unique combination of template + data counts as one generation. However, cached images are completely free—if you request the exact same template with identical data, we serve it from cache instantly without counting against your limit. This means displaying the same image 1,000 times only uses 1 generation.

When you hit your limit, new generation requests will pause until your billing cycle resets or you upgrade. All your previously generated images continue working perfectly—they never stop loading. You'll receive a notification before reaching your limit so you can plan accordingly.

Yes, you can change plans at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep full access until then.

Annual billing saves you 2 months—that's over 16% off. You're billed once per year at the start of your subscription. Annual plans include the same 14-day free trial, so you can try before committing to a full year.

You can cancel anytime from your billing page—no questions asked, no cancellation fees. You'll retain access to your paid features until the end of your billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months, but you can downgrade to Free instead of canceling to keep your templates and previously generated images.
